Designed to accommodate up to 3 passengers, our Wedding Chauffeur Service transforms every arrival into a grand entrance, adding timeless elegance to your celebration.
Additional hours are available at $300 per hour, allowing you to extend your luxury experience throughout your special day.
Mercedes-Maybach Service Distance Policy:
All Mercedes-Maybach chauffeur services include travel within a 50 km radius from the pickup location. For travel beyond 50 km, an additional charge of $2.00 per kilometre will apply.
*The pickup location must be within 20 km of Richmond Hill.
Cancellation Policy

By submitting this booking form, I agree to the following:
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled pick-up time will incur full charges. Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance may be eligible for a refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
Damage Liability: I understand that I am responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period. This includes damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle, as well as any necessary cleaning resulting from spills, burns, sickness, or other misuse. A $200 cleaning fee may be applied in such cases.
Conduct and Safety: I will ensure that all passengers behave responsibly and in accordance with The Coast Rentals’ policies. Smoking, standing in a moving vehicle, underage drinking, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Violations of these rules will result in immediate service termination and the loss of all deposits and fees. I acknowledge that I am liable for any violation tickets or penalties resulting from inappropriate or unlawful behavior during the rental period.
Privacy Policy: I consent to The Coast Rentals collecting and storing my personal information in accordance with their privacy policy, available at www.thecoastrentals.com/policies-procedures.
Indemnity: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Coast Rentals and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my violation of these terms, the conduct of any member of my party, or a violation involving any third party not affiliated with The Coast Rentals.
